🎭 Role

The Operations Manager will work closely with every department lead to help improve workflows and processes that minimize inefficiencies and maximize output. The Ops Manager will be responsible for 1) managing social capital efficiently and effectively to ensure every team member's potential and skills are maximized; 2) creating processes for every department to automate workflows and drive automation; 3) acting as the internal adhesive to keep team members aligned and accountable towards quarterly OKRs and company-wide metrics. Your success will be defined by how well your processes elicit peak performance and maximize quantifiable output for yourself and the broader team.

✔️ Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide and department-specific OKR planning, management, and execution
• Build a metrics-driven culture through creation, automation, and analysis of internal and external KPIs and take action to help drive measurable improvement
• Support departments by acting as a communication liaison to fill knowledge gaps and ensure we are servicing our current and new clients to the best of our ability
• Manage our relationships with our third-party vendors and providers that support the day-to-day operations
• Work with the Sales & Customer Success team to create processes around invoicing and compliance.
• Improve existing workflow processes and databases such as Notion, Monday, GDrive, etc.
• Create new relationships with third-party vendors such as Carta, Ramp, Silicon Valley Bank, and others to minimize distraction and outsource key operational tasks
• Collaborate with Management, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering departments to gather metrics and help set the foundation for the series A raise
