POI is a US company headquartered in Delaware but is operating globally. We are closing a $3M Seed Round in September with an impressive cap table including Franklin Templeton Investments, Working Capital Fund, CV VC, Pangea Blockchain, Ausum Ventures, and high-profile angel investors.

🎭 Role

We are looking for an innovative, strategic, and impact-driven Chief Technology Officer who will help build the Technology organization within Proof of Impact and fits our ambitious vision to build the foundational architecture for impact investments. You have a proven track record of insight, tech-enabled, and community-driven technology platforms that will use to methodically growth-hack us to the next level. You are a creative problem solver and large-scale tech innovator who can lead teams as well as roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

With your leadership, you will drive the Technology platform for Proof of Impact. You will be a pioneer in impact tech, building out the Impact-as-a-Service (IaaS) product suite, which takes a unique, bottoms-up approach to gather data from clients and the world and translating it into meaningful insights for companies and investors.

• Set a technology vision for Proof of Impact that will inspire the Series A investors
• Bring your execution experience when setting the companies strategy with the executive team to ensure it reaches scale and robustness.
• Develop the company’s technology strategy and resource plan
• Owning the compliance and data regulation frameworks and execution, ensure compliance with the law in all relevant jurisdictions, and ensure the company’s policies are relevant and up to date
• Manage the day to day operations regarding the technology infrastructure and development team
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Protect the company’s data and database applications by overseeing the development of comprehensive data security plans, procedures, and active controls.
